- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange or refund.
- After 14 days, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept exchanges or returns.
Exchange:

- Once we receive the returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide you with store credit or send a replacement item, subject to availability.
Return:
- If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund, please contact our customer service team to initiate the refund process.
- Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will refund the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Transportation:
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of the goods, unless the goods received were damaged, defective or did not meet the requirements.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure it arrives safely. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Exceptions:
- In case of receiving damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange returns or exchanges at no additional cost to you.
